1) Installation

Just unzip to your Tribes2-Directory or whereever you like to.
Only the .EXE is needed, the rest will be created by the tool itself if needed.

If you get an error like "*.dll is missing blabla" you're maybe
in need of the common VB-Runtimes.
You can find them anywhere on the net, like
http://www.rocketdownload.com
or
http://www.reactorcritical.com
or else.
You're going to need them some time anyway, so don't morn :)
Seek for "VBRUN600.EXE" or similiar.

2) Introduction/Usage

Nothing much to mention. A simple, but neat
inventory editor for our beloved "TRIBES 2"(C).
Just fire it up, it should explain itself enough.
If english isn't your world, you can switch to german
language.
Just start it, tell it where your TRIBES2 is located,
edit your favourites, export them back to TRIBES2, run TRIBES2 and
voila !

* This tool has the feature to import and export the favourites
to or from a file, so you can distribute a "masterconfig" to
your teammates, or it'll make things easier if you're not
the only one playing on your machine.

* You have the ability to save and load "drafts" to quickly
fill your favourites the way you need.

* A nice feature is, that you can start Tribes2 online or lan with
it. So you can use ONE shortcut for both and you always have
the ability of reviewing your favourites before playing.

* Before updating TRIBES2 it creates a backup of your current
config (just in case, one never knows) to the directory
  where you installed it.
  It's called "ClientPrefs_BACKUP.cs"
If something went wrong, just copy this to :
  "x:\Tribes2\gamedata\base\prefs\ClientPrefs.cs"
Remember, that it'll be replaced each time you hit
  "EXPORT TO TRIBES2"

3) Future plans

I'd like to implant some more features into it,
if i find the time and get some positive feedback.
I thought of things like :
- Import/Export of Audio-/Video-Settings or using
presets based on Speed or Quality
- Don't know, tell me... :-)

4) Few words left...

I've tested it a dozen times on different machines, and it seems to work
flawless...but maybe not, then just report the bugs to me :-)

If you like it, i would appreciate getting some
feedback from you, to see if it's worth
to enhance it furthermore.

If you don't like it, just delete it :)

!!!!!!!!! Just to remind you !!!!!!!!!!!

I'M NOT RESPONSIBLE if you damage your Tribes-Config or
your harddrive, or your computer, or your life with this tool.
Use it at your own risk, that's life with FREEWARE :-)
